Eloísa had orthognathic surgery and implants. She suffered from pyorrhoea that destroyed a large part of the bone and she lost some teeth.
She went to the Institute and after several tests we installed implants and made bone grafts: "I wore brackets for a year and a half
to keep the little bone I had".
Although at first she was somewhat reticent about the anaesthetic and the changes in her appearance that Doctor Hernández Alfaro said she would have, she is very happy with the result: "before I had a complex because my teeth were very ugly, now I feel a normal person, I can smile calmly and show my new teeth".
