José María had implants and they got worse, so he went to the Maxillofacial Institute on recommendation: both his doctor and Doctor Hernández Alfaro told him the implants were old and suggested fitting new ones. His case was complex because he didn’t have any bone "they had to remove part of the bone because it was dead and they rebuilt part of my jaw". He is very happy and smiles "my teeth came through at 60".
