Surely you know well the importance of protecting the skin from the ultraviolet rays<\/strong> of the sun to prevent premature aging, spots and skin diseases. But, how to choose a suitable facial sunscreen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

First of all, it is important to know what your phototype is<\/strong>. The phototype<\/strong> is the ability to adapt to the sun that each person has, that is, the set of characteristics that determine whether a skin tans or not, and how and to what degree<\/strong> it does.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Phototype I:<\/strong> Skins that have intense sunburn and never get a tan. Typical in people with very white skin who often have freckles and eyes and light hair or red hair. You must choose a sunscreen for the face with a SPF (sun protection factor) of between 30 and 50, that is, the range of high protection.<\/p>\n

Phototype II:<\/strong> Clear skins that sometimes get a tan but in others they burn, especially if they do not use adequate protection. Like phototype I, you should choose a sunscreen for the face with an SPF of between 30 and 50.<\/p>\n

Phototype III:<\/strong> Skins that are more prone to tanning and that are rarely burned. The FPS for your face can be between 15 and 20.<\/p>\n

Phototype IV<\/strong>: Skins that always tan and that almost never burn. They are dark-skinned individuals with dark hair and eyes. Like phototype III, the ideal FPS for your face is between 15 and 20.<\/p>\n

Phototype V:<\/strong> Skins that are easily and intensely pigmented. You can use products with an SPF of 10.<\/p>\n

Phototype VI:<\/strong> They never burn and they are pigmented immediately. Corresponds to the black races. You have high resistance to sunburn, you can use products with SPF of 10.<\/p>\n

In addition to using a suitable protective cream, we also give you a list of useful tips so that summer does not affect your face<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

– Apply the sunscreen about 30 minutes before exposing yourself to the sun<\/strong> to give your skin time to absorb the product. The skin should be clean and dry at the time of application.<\/p>\n

– Avoid using makeup and beauty products before sunbathing.<\/strong> The holidays will offer you a wonderful opportunity to let the skin breathe and rest from the chemical substances present in cosmetics. Especially dangerous is the use of colognes and deodorants, which can cause spots on the skin.
\n– Use hat and sunglasses.<\/strong>
\n– Avoid using sunscreen from previous years<\/strong>, as they lose their effectiveness over time.
