Carolina had a monomaxilar maxillary advancement surgery with chin surgery and cheek augmentation performed by Dr. Hernandez Alfaro. Her main reason for having surgery was that she didn't feel well with her image. After the surgery, which, in her own words, was quick and painless, she feels very happy with the results, both in aesthetic and functional levels
