Adrià came to our center on the recommendation of her dentist to correct her Class II that was causing various functional problems.
In our center, Prof. Hernández Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Mandibular advancement and centering to correct his bite
- Impaction and segmentation of the maxilla to correct his overbite and achieve an adequate length
- Genioplasty for advancement and vertical reduction to shorten his lower third
- Septoplasty and turbinectomy to correct functional nasal problems
3 years later, Adrià has no functional problems and he is happy with his new image.
