Gustavo came to our center with a fairly pronounced Class II bite that caused him chewing problems and sleeping problems, in addition to affecting his facial aesthetics.
To correct it, Dr. Adaia Valls performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Mandibular advancement
- Posterior descent of the maxilla
- Advancement and impaction mentoplasty
- Rhinoplasty to improve the shape of his nose
- Blepharoplasty to remove sagging tissue around his eyes
