Mar has had quite an important change both functionally and physically after her surgery at the hands of Dr. Hernández Alfaro.
Mar had an open bite, maxillary retrusion, class III malocclusion, long face and nasal deviation. Her treatment consisted of counterclockwise rotation of the jaw, centering, leveling and left segmentation of the maxilla, centering rhinoplasty, vertical and anteroposterior reduction mentoplasty and an otoplasty to close her ears, which caused her complex.
Now, she feels much more confident about herself and her eating problems have disappeared.
