Martina came to visit us after much research by her mother to correct her class II and maxillomandibular retrusion.
In our center, Prof. Hernández Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Anticlockwise advancement and rotation of the mandible
- Counterclockwise rotation of the maxilla
- Advancement mentoplasty
- Centering rhinoplasty
