Diana visited us from Estonia because she wanted to give more harmony to her face, which seemed too short.
To correct it, Prof. Hernández Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Advancement and descent of the maxilla
- Advancement and rotation of the mandible clockwise
- Descent and hourly rotation mentoplasty
Just one month since her surgery, Diana looks spectacular and feels wonderful.
