Manuel was diagnosed with oligodontia, short-face syndrome, and atrophy in the maxillary and mandible bones. To correct this, in our Advanced Dentistry Unit he underwent a bone reconstruction, placement of 6 implants in the maxilla and 6 implants in the mandible, as well as a fixed prosthesis totally indistinguishable from a natural denture.
