Marina suffered a Class III with edge-to-edge occlusion, mandibular hyperplasia, maxillary hypoplasia, and biretrusion. To correct it, she underwent a bilateral sagittal osteotomy of mandibular advancement and centering, advancement sagittal osteotomy of Le Fort I and advancement mentoplasty. After her operation, she feels very happy with the results obtained, both functionally and aesthetically.
