Isabel came to our center seeking correction of her gummy smile and occlusion, which prevented her from closing her mouth completely.
To achieve this, Prof. Hernandez Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery, which consisted of:
- Mandibular advancement and rotation
- Maxillary impaction and retrusion
- Advancement and centering mentoplasty
- Turbinectomy
- Septoplasty
Almost two years after her surgery, Isabel tells us how her breathing, occlusion, and, of course, her appearance have improved.
