María Fernanda came to our center from Colombia to harmonize her face and bite.
At our center, Prof. Hernandez Alfaro performed a low-impact monomaxillary orthofacial surgery (LIOS) that consisted of the following procedures:
- Mandibular advancement and centering, to give greater projection to her lower third
- Mandibular advancement and lowering, to harmonize her profile and achieve the ideal length for her face.
