Ruben came to see us to correct a severe Class III bite, which prevented him from biting normally and caused wear on some teeth, while other teeth were never used.
To correct this, Prof. Hernandez Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Maxillary advancement
- Mandibular advancement and counterclockwise rotation
- Septoplasty
