One of the differential values of the Maxillofacial Institute is our personalised service for patients and their families. We aim to make your stay as warm, personal and comfortable as possible.

From the minute the patient arrives, and throughout the duration of the entire treatment, the Centre’s Treatment Coordinator will advise and guide both the patient and their family members.

What does the Maxillofacial Institute offer?

  • A personalised service right from the beginning: following a consultation with the specialist, and after the relevant diagnostic tests have been carried out, the patient will be given their treatment plan, the sequence of execution and a personalised quote. The patient will then have the opportunity to ask any questions they might have about the documentation provided to them, and they will also be informed of the financing and payment options available.
  • Extended service hours: there is an uninterrupted service from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The Centre also has 24hr emergency service for our patients.
  • Treatment follow-up: For their peace of mind, operated patients at the Maxillofacial Institute have access to permanent helplines, where our medical team will deal with and solve any problems that might arise outside normal hours.
