Beatriz came to our center to improve the harmony and projection of her face. To do this, Prof. Hernández Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Mandibular advancement
- Advancement and descent of the maxilla
- Vertical Augmentation Mentoplasty
- Septoplasty
