Emma came to our center to correct her Class III bite that caused functional problems and low self-esteem. In our center, Dr. Hernandez Alfaro performed a bimaxillary surgery that consisted of advancement, centering, and counterclockwise rotation of the mandible, advancement, centering, and impaction of the maxilla. Now Emma has gained in quality of life and she feels much more confident in her image.
