Francisca had a Class II bite and severe mandibular hypoplasia. To correct this, Dr. Adaia Valls performed orthofacial surgery that consisted of:
- Mandibular advancement with counterclockwise rotation
- Counterclockwise rotation of the maxilla
- Advancement and lowering mentoplasty
With these movements, the appropriate length and projection were achieved in her lower third.
