This patient had severe periodontal disease, upper and lower acute periodontitis, missing teeth and mobility in most of his remaining teeth.
His treatment consisted of extraction of all the teeth, and installation of two zygomatic implants and fourteen conventional ones with a definitive upper and lower prosthesis.
