Jessica came to our center recommended by her orthodontist to correct her problems of occlusion and long-face syndrome. Her treatment consisted of a bilateral sagittal osteotomy of mandibular advance, a Le Fort I osteotomy for maxillary impaction and a dorsal rhinoplasty with Dr. Hernández Alfaro.
