Juan Pablo came to our center presenting a picture of generalized periodontitis, mobility of the teeth, and lack of bone in the maxilla, which made it difficult to place dental implants. In our center, he underwent sinus lift surgery, to have a better base to place the implants, the pieces that showed mobility were removed and 6 upper and 6 lower implants were placed, supporting his definitive prostheses. All treatment was planned digitally, thanks to a new protocol designed by our specialists.
