María Ángeles attended the Maxillofacial Institute mainly for not being able to chew or eat well and to correct her facial asymmetry. Dr. Hernández Alfaro performed bimaxillary surgery with rhinoplasty and augmented her cheekbones and lips with abdominal fat.
