Mihai came from Bucharest to correct his Class 2, biretrusion, open bite, microdoncia and partial edentulism. In our center, he underwent a bimaxillary orthognathic surgery with genioplasty and 5 implants, in addition to a resective crown lengthening surgery to normalize the length of his teeth.
