Our patient Pilar came to us on the recommendation of her orthodontist to correct her Class III malocclusion and crossbite, which were causing her problems eating and insecurity about her face.
To correct this, Professor Hernandez Alfaro performed orthofacial surgery, which consisted of:
- Maxillary advancement and centering
- Counterclockwise rotation and centering of the mandible
- Nasal centering
