After her orthodontic preparation, Alexandra underwent orthofacial surgery with Dr. Adaia Valls, which consisted of:
- Jaw advancement, centering and rotation
- Expansion, advancement and anterior lowering of the maxilla
- Chin remodeling
- Partial removal of the Bichat balls
- Botox infiltration in the masseter muscle
