Anna came to the Maxillofacial Institute to correct her Class II, long face syndrome, and maxilo-mandíbular retrussion. Dr. Hernandez Alfaro performed a maxillary osteotomy of Le Fort I, impaction of the maxilla, bilateral sagittal osteotomy of advancement and anti-clockwise rotation, and a septoplasty.
Now, Anna looks fantastic and her occlusion problems have disappeared.
