Julia came to us with two concerns: her open bite, which prevented her from eating normally, and her nose, which made her self-conscious about her appearance.
To address her concerns, Professor Hernández Alfaro and Dr. Francesc Durán worked as a team on this case: Professor Hernández Alfaro performed bimaxillary surgery so that her teeth could fit together correctly, while Dr. Durán performed a rhinoseptoplasty to achieve a nose that would bring more harmony to her face.
Although it took her more than a year to get used to her new look, Julia now tells us that she is happy with the results and no longer has any functional problems or insecurities.
