A 63-year-old smoker patient who presented periodontitis and generalized mobility in all his teeth.
The remaining teeth were extracted and 8 conventional implants were placed in the maxilla and 8 in the mandible with an immediate provisional prosthesis the day after surgery, and a fixed prosthesis 5 months later.
