During his recent visit as special guest of the 8th Day of Update in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Faculty of Dentistry of Maimonides University last December, Professor Federico Hernandez Alfaro, Director of the Maxillofacial Institute, was appointed Honorary Professor of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Maimónides University, and Honorary Member of the Argentine National Academy of Dentistry, distinctions that suppose an honor and the beginning of a close relationship with the South American country.
