What aesthetic procedures can one have in an orthognathic surgery?

 

Very often our patients ask us if we can perform complementary aesthetic procedures at the same time as orthognathic surgery. The answer is clearly affirmative.

The Maxillofacial Institute has always strongly committed to innovation and the incorporation of new technologies at the service of maxillofacial surgery and this has allowed Prof. Hernández Alfaro and his team to develop surgical protocols with which they can be perform procedures such as orthognathic surgery in an average of 1.30h (conventional intervention is done in about 5h). With this shortening of the surgical time the inflammation in the patient's face is reduced, thus allowing to assess, at the same moment of the surgery, what complementary aesthetic procedures would allow to achieve a perfect facial harmony.
